To remain present in China and South Korea, Renault has teamed up with the Chinese manufacturer Geely. After a first announcement in August 2021, with a memorandum of understanding, the two parties have just signed a cooperation agreement which specifies their projects for South Korea. In this country, the Renault group is present with the Samsung Motors brand, which it took over in 2000.
