United States of America The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced federal charges against a Chinese tech firm on Monday, accusing it of conspiring to steal American trade secrets. The DOJ accused Hytera, a Chinese radio technology manufacturer, of conspiring with former Motorola employees to steal “digital mobile radio” (DMR) technology from the Chicago-based company in an unsealed 21-count indictment from the Northern District of Illinois.
