Beijing 2022’s Winter Olympic Games experience was improved with the use of Prevail’s cutting-edge digitalized ticketing. Spectators were able to access the stadiums in 1.5 seconds, with the digital ticketing system using Prevail’s PDA to verify ticket QR codes. Five times more efficient in entrance checking and data transmission than previous Games, this was the first digital ticketing system in Olympic history. With the continuous development of AIDC, the data capture terminal PDA has been widely applied for the real-time ID scanning and data checking, greatly contributing to the digitalization of the ticketing system of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics.
