Beijing police confirm arrest of Mainland singer Li Yifeng for engaging prostitution services, online rumour accuses him of participating in orgy

(Beijing) 35-year-old Mainland actor and singer Li Yifeng , who was involved in the prostitution scandal a few days ago, was suspended to perform at the CCTV Mid-Autumn Festival Gala yesterday (10th) alongside Hong Kong singer Hacken Lee, Mike Tsang, Chinese actress Zhou Dongyu etc. CCTV issued a statement this afternoon saying that, “Beijing police have detained Li during a criminal case. He confessed to the illegal act of visiting prostitutes many times, and has been administratively detained according to law.” The article added that Beijing Public Security Bureau had also confirmed this news on social media.
