Police arrested a 20-year old man last week in connection to a September incident in which he brandished a gun at three juveniles in San Jose, authorities revealed Thursday. The three minors, whose ages range between 11 and 13, were walking alongside McLaughlin Avenue around 7:15 p.m. on Sept. 23 when the suspect approached them in a vehicle.
