NEW YORK (AP) — Wall Street is opening higher following its first three-day losing streak since Halloween. The S&P 500 was up 0.5% early Thursday and continuing to hang near its highest level since March 2022. Before this week, stocks had rallied on hopes that the Federal Reserve is finally done raising interest rates. The Dow rose 54 points, and the Nasdaq composite was up 0.8%.
