Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. has announced Shipu Zhang's appointment to its Investment Advisory Board. Zhang, co-founder and CEO of Noetix Robotics, a Chinese humanoid robotics company, recently raised nearly CN¥500 million. Noetix Robotics gained recognition after one of its robots placed second in a televised half-marathon. Zhang, named Forbes China Top 100 Most Influential Chinese Elites in 2025, brings valuable experience to Humanoid Global.

Shahab Samimi, CEO of Humanoid Global, expressed excitement about Zhang's addition to the board. Samimi highlighted Zhang's leadership in advancing AI and humanoid robotics, particularly in embodied intelligence and bionic systems. Zhang's expertise aligns with Humanoid Global's goal of developing intelligent, adaptive systems for human-machine collaboration.

Zhang will provide guidance on investment, sourcing, and technical diligence in Asia for Humanoid Global. The advisory agreement, effective March 10, 2026, spans twenty-four months. Either party can terminate the agreement with a thirty-day notice period.
