A new restaurant inside a Richmond mall is offering hot pot, hot plate and a buffet. Taoke Restaurant's "boil and sizzle" is having its grand opening on Thursday, July 9 on the second floor of Aberdeen Centre. The name Taoke comes from two Chinese characters, "tao" meaning abundance and "ke," to welcome guests from all directions.
