KATHMANDU, Jul 18: Nine people, including two Indians and two Chinese nationals, have been arrested in Nepal for alleged involvement in a series of theft and looting incidents, police said today.The arrests were made in Gandaki province's Kaski district, according to a statement issued by the District Police Office.The Indian nationals arrested were identified as UP-resident Rahul Nishad, 23, and Somnath Jadav, 40, a resident of Maharashtra, police said.
