I don't think every ASX share purchase has to be a difficult decision. Some growth opportunities are simply too compelling to ignore.
Here are three ASX growth shares that I'd consider no-brainer buys for the next decade.
Breville Group Ltd (ASX: BRG)
Breville designs and sells premium kitchen appliances, including coffee machines, across Australia and international markets.
It has already built a successful global business, but I believe there is considerable room for further growth as it expands into newer markets.
During FY 2026, its youngest markets, including China, Korea, Mexico and the Middle East, collectively grew sales by more than 70%.
That tells me Breville isn't simply relying on Australians and Americans replacing their appliances. It has entire markets where its premium products are still establishing a foothold.
There's also evidence that investing in how products are sold is paying off. Breville says 300 branded installations in US Best Buy stores have helped lift both sales and average selling prices at those locations.
With manufacturing diversification largely complete and second-half profit margins improving, I believe Breville can turn its expanding global reach into stronger earnings over time.
Netwealth Group Ltd (ASX: NWL)
Another ASX growth share I'd buy is Netwealth, which provides an investment platform that financial advisers use to manage their clients' money.
Its shares have come under pressure following a softer-than-expected quarterly update, but I think its long-term growth opportunities remain attractive.
Netwealth finished September with $139.2 billion in funds under administration (FUA), up 15.2% over the year.
However, what I would like to highlight is the growing popularity of its managed accounts, which attracted $2.2 billion in net inflows during the quarter.
These services help financial advisers manage client investments more efficiently while providing Netwealth with opportunities to earn additional fee income.
Encouragingly, managed account balances grew 26% over the past year, significantly faster than the growth in total FUA.
This is already contributing to Netwealth's financial performance, with increased managed account usage helping lift revenue per customer account in FY 2026.
I believe this gives Netwealth an attractive combination of growth opportunities. It can continue attracting new investment funds while increasing the revenue it generates from existing customers.
Pro Medicus Ltd (ASX: PME)
Finally, medical imaging software specialist Pro Medicus is an ASX growth share I'd buy without a second thought.
The usual argument is that hospitals need faster, better imaging software. I agree, but I think its customer retention tells an even stronger story.
In FY 2026, Pro Medicus renewed all six contracts that came up for renewal, worth a combined $141 million. Importantly, these contracts came with higher fees.
It also signed ten new contracts worth at least $407 million. That suggests its Visage technology isn't just winning customers. It's becoming a lasting part of how major healthcare organisations operate.
And the economics are impressive. Pro Medicus generated an underlying operating profit margin of almost 75% last year, meaning substantial revenue growth can flow through to profits.
