Paystone Technologies Corp, announced recently that is has signed a $9 million joint venture agreement in China with Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology Corp. The joint venture allows Paystone to expand its patent pending online payment solution.

Paystone will provide technology, experience and management expertise in order to launch its online payment solution in China. Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology Corp, a consortium with interests in mobile phones, fiber optics, mobile payment, real estate, investments and oil refining will bring high-level contacts along with market and investment expertise. "Paystone provides an easy and secure way for merchants to sell goods and services online as well as the ability to handle micropayments for digital content such as music and video games," said Mr. Haiping Zou, President of Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology Corp.
