Paystone Technologies Corp. Announces a $9 Million Joint Venture in China for the Deployment of Its Online Payment Solution

Paystone Technologies Corp, announced recently that is has signed a $9 million joint venture agreement in China with Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology Corp. The joint venture allows Paystone to expand its patent pending online payment solution.

"China's exploding Internet market combined with the country's firm commitment to emerging technologies provides a great opportunity for Paystone's first venture outside North America and the launch of our global strategy." says Al Thompson, President of Paystone Technology Corp.

Paystone will provide technology, experience and management expertise in order to launch its online payment solution in China. Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology Corp, a consortium with interests in mobile phones, fiber optics, mobile payment, real estate, investments and oil refining will bring high-level contacts along with market and investment expertise. "Paystone provides an easy and secure way for merchants to sell goods and services online as well as the ability to handle micropayments for digital content such as music and video games," said Mr. Haiping Zou, President of Jingzhengtong Information Network Technology Corp. In addition, Paystone will offer the ability to email money from one individual to another.
