Baidu and Pony.ai have received authorization to offer their robotaxi inside the city of Beijing making users pay the fare . This is a novelty; very important because & eacute; how decided could also push other cities & agrave; of the country such as Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen to grant the same authorization. Currently, Baidu in Beijing has 67 active cars in the district of Yizhuang which & egrave; been indicated as the site within which self-driving cars can carry out their tests.
