News Snapshot: YAOUNDE, Sept. 6 (Xinhua) — Cameroon has launched its first center to provide online guidance and counseling for secondary school children, the country's Minister of Secondary Education Pauline Nalova Lyonga Egbe said Tuesday. "It's an innovation.
