Telecom & Wireless

Shanghai Telecom is now offering a 60% discount on its Internet Protocol cards. This huge price slash is attributed to winning back the lost IP card market in the fierce price wars with China Netcom, China Unicom, and China Railcom.

China Netcom offered a discount of 60.5 percent on its IP cards, China Unicom offered 54-55 percent off on IP cards, with the discounts offered by China Railcom reaching 69 percent.
