China Motion Telecom International Limited (China Motion) recently installed eOn's eQueue contact center solution in Beijing, China as its preferred technology platform for enhancing service delivery to its customers in the telecommunications, banking, and outsource service markets.

China Motion will take advantage of eOn's eQueue system to offer new services, such as Internet-based interactions and advanced recording capabilities, to their existing and new customers. China Motion now provides both inbound and outbound services to their customers. The unique ability of the eQueue to blend multimedia and contact flow will allow China Motion to increase agent productivity while improving overall customer service.
