IPN Communications, a majority-owned subsidiary of DataLogic International, Inc., announced today that it has signed an agreement with Dragontel Technic Ltd. to begin deploying its IP-Phones in China.

Under the terms of the agreement, Dragontel will initially purchase 20,000 licenses and up to 20,000 IP-Phones for a combine total of $1,800,000 USD. Dragontel will begin marketing the IP-Phones under its brand to call centers, Internet cafes, and general consumers in China.
