Communication Intelligence Corporation (CIC), a provider of biometric signature verification & natural input software and a supplier of electronic signature solutions, announced today that its 90% owned joint venture Communication Intelligence Computer Corporation, Ltd. (CICC) has signed a licensing agreement for its InkTools, biometric, electronic signature and office automation tools with InfoPro Digital Tech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (InfoPro).

Under the terms of the agreement, InfoPro has integrated CICC's InkTools, biometric, electronic signature and office automation tools to its InfoPro UIP, EP Server and GP Server. CICC's Chinese version of its InkTools product is popular among system integrators, government, enterprise, and many other office automation and system users. Infopro joins a growing list of InkTools licensees comprising a diverse group of organizations ranging from banks and government agencies to manufacturers and independent software vendors.
