E-Mobile Information Technologies' wholly owned subsidiary, CHL Technologies, has signed a sales agreement with Shanghai's YouDu Broadband to provide mobile movie services via the largest Chinese broadband portal website, Chinavnet.com.

YouDu will provide video content and CHL will provide its mobile video technology. Together, CHL and YouDu will provide cell phone video service to 5 million members of Chinavnet.com. This service will enable Chinavnet's members to view movies, listen to music, and other multimedia content on their cell phones, either online or offline.

Shanghai YouDu is a company that specializes in providing content to broadband users in China, and it is the largest video content provider to Chinavnet.

The CHL management team expects that providing mobile video and books to 20 million broadband users in China provides an excellent opportunity for significant revenue for the company.
