China Mobility Solutions (CHMS.OB) says it achieved revenues of US$1,127,207 for the first quarter ended March 31, 2005.

For the first quarter 2005 CHMS had a combined operating income of $168,062, resulting in income of $60,741, compared with a net loss in the first quarter of 2004 of $18,917.

Per share income for the first quarter 2005 was nominal compared to a nominal per share loss for the first quarter 2004.

At the quarter ended March 31, 2005, the company had $5,769,093 in current assets with $5,667,735 in cash capital.
