Exit Games Extends Multiplayer Wireless Platform To Hong Kong

Exit Games has extended the services of its multiplayer platform, Exit Games Neutron, with the commercial launch of several multiplayer games with Hong Kong based operator Peoples.

The cross-carrier, cross-device multiplayer service Exit Games Neutron connects gamers all over the world via the major 2.5G and 3G networks. It is the first multiplayer platform which is based on the open OMA (Open Mobile Alliance) Games Services standard.

The Neutron multiplayer solution is already used by leading international development clients such as Com2us, Kuju Wireless, Skyzone Mobile and Indiagames. Furthermore it powers the tournaments of the World Cyber Games Mobile global gaming festival.

Peoples will first launch their first Exit Games Neutron title, the actionpacked multiplayer title Catapults (developed by Bytedefenders), in November 2005.

With over 1.2 million customers, Peoples provides of a wide range of communication services including mobile gaming, voice, wireless data, IDD & roaming, WAP, GPRS, Mobile Internet and Multimedia Messaging Service.
