AsiaInfo To Acquire Telecom Operation Support Business Unit

AsiaInfo (ASIA) has signed an agreement to acquire Zheda Lande Scitech Limited's telecommunications operation support business unit in China.

According to the terms of the agreement, AsiaInfo will acquire all assets, intellectual properties and operating contracts from Zheda Lande's telecom operation support business unit.

Zheda Lande was incorporated as a joint stock company with limited liability in China on September 20, 2001. The company is principally engaged in the provision of telecommunication solutions, trading of hardware and computer software and investment holdings.
