To better promote its Little Smart PHS services, Sichuan Telecom has launched a special offer for student users of Little Smart.

Sichuan Telecom offers many different packages for Little Smart student users, including a CNY20 monthly package and CNY30 monthly package. All of these include 400 complimentary short messages per month.

Student users will also be exempt from paying the long distance IP fee if they make phone calls between 9PM and 7AM.

In addition, from June 15 to July 31, Sichuan Telecom will give complimentary phone calling cards worth CNY60 to all Little Smart users for every CNY120 they consume. It will also arrange a lucky draw for those who apply for Little Smart service during this period.
