Oracle Arrives In Nanjing In September

Xu Huiling, vice-major of Nanjing, has announced that Oracle (ORCL) will formally enter Nanjing in September this year.

Xu made the announcement at a press conference for China Nanjing International Software Product Exposition. She said that Oracle will formally sign an agreement with Nanjing Municipal Government in September and set up a subsidiary in the city.

A representative from Oracle also disclosed in local media that Oracle will extend its business to 26 cities in China by the end of this year.

Oracle entered the Chinese market in 1991.
