Personnel Adjustment At Yahoo China

Alibaba has announced executive level personnel adjustments for Yahoo (YHOO) China.

Tian Jian, former general manager of Yahoo China, has been assigned to work as vice president of the group's investment department, responsible for external strategic investment and acquisition issues. Xie Wen, former CEO of Hexun.com, has been appointed to fill Tian's vacant position.

Tian Jian says he is glad that Alibaba has made this decision to have him work in the investment field, and Xie Wen has told local media that he is happy to join Alibaba to take charge of Yahoo China and work with colleagues to bring Yahoo China's business to a new level.

With the personnel adjustment, Alibaba has completed the first phase of the business integration following the acquisition of Yahoo China.
