Mezabay To Enter Chinese Internet Sector With Stake In Mayi.com

Nasdaq OTCBB-listed Mezabay International Inc., Singapore's Legend Venture Pte Ltd., and Beijing Mayi Interactive Network Technology Company Ltd. have signed an investment agreement, under which Mezabay will acquire a 51% stake in Mayi.com.

According to the agreement, Mayi.com, the Chinese website known for its live video chatting model, will gain resources valued at nearly CNY10 million for its future development and expansion. At the same time, Legend Venture will become a cooperation partner of Mayi.com, providing funds, resources, and experience to lead the latter to the overseas market. With the help of Legend Venture, Mayi.com will launch multilingual services to create a global live video community.

Mezabay International, formerly known as Cardtrend International Inc., is based in Nevada in the United States. The company is involved in the payment and loyalty-reward related businesses in Asia Pacific with a primary focus on China and regional market presence in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The company now has businesses in the awkward areas of both software development and mining development.
