Chinese Internet video group Youku-Tudou announced that Wu Hui is the new senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Wu has 16 years of financial management experience in international and Chinese enterprises. Prior to joining Youku-Tudou, Wu was vice president and CFO for China and Asia Pacific emerging market of Lenovo Group and managed a financial team of nearly 300 people. Earlier than that, Wu also held senior financial positions at Microsoft Greater China, Hc360.Com, and Lenovo Mobile.

Graduating from Beijing Foreign Studies University, Wu gained his Master's degree of management at University of Bath, UK.

Gu Yongqiang, chairman and chief executive officer of Youku-Tudou Group, said that with the joining of senior vice president Li Jie, chief product officer Gu Sibin, chief operating officer Su Li, and chief financial officer Wuhui, Youku-Tudou's executive team has become more complete and stronger. In addition, the group's business unit structure has been established.
