According to the announcement, Liu Shuqing will resign her positions as chairman and director of Letv.com. After the resignation, Liu will not hold any position in the company. At the same time, Letv.com selected Liu Yanfeng as the fourth chairman of its board of directors.

Liu Shuqing's original term is till October 14, 2021. By the announcement date, she had not held any share of Letv.com.
