When Xiaomi announced it’s first-ever foldable smartphone – Mi Mix Fold – earlier this year, it commands a hefty starting price of 9,999 Yuan (US$1,560) in the Chinese market. Now, seven months after it’s official launch, pricing of it’s base model with 12GB+256GB memory configuration had actually dropped to just 6,899 Yuan (US$1,077).
