Elon Musk, who turned 51 on Tuesday, decided to postpone Tesla's debut into India, and Chinese state media has characterised the decision as strategic given that the electric car manufacturer will still be keeping an eye on the Indian market for its potential. The suspension may just be used by Tesla as a " business strategy to further promote the negotiation," according to a report in Global Times.
