S tolen customer data from a leading home DNA test provider is being advertised for sale on a website used by cybercriminals. Biotech firm 23andMe revealed last Friday (October 6) that data was pilfered from an unspecified number of users. The sensitive information that was exposed included full names, photos, date of birth, genetic ancestry results and geographic location.
