The Dow Jones Industrial Average was in rally mode Friday morning, along with the Nasdaq composite and S&P 500. Top gainers in the Dow Jones today included Chevron (CVX) as oil and gas stock outperformed early. X West Texas Intermediate crude oil futures were up 1.5% to around $91 a barrel.
