Oracle Employing Social Media To Hire 600 New Employees In China

Oracle China has launched a new recruitment program named "We are Hiring", under which the technology company will hire over 600 new employees in China to support its fast business growth in the local market.

Oracle's "We are Hiring" program is reportedly a part of its overall growth plan in China. Apart from traditional channels, the company will also use the social networking tools such as microblogs, blogs, and its social media pages to complete the recruitment.

The positions offered in this recruitment will cover various levels from university students to senior sales, pre-sales consultants, and research and development engineers.

Oracle China said that they will provide employees with handsome salaries and benefits, flexible work time, and industry-leading training.

Lu Ruwen, vice president for Oracle and managing director for Oracle Greater China, said they welcome the most outstanding talents to join the team and realize their career goals in the company.
