Joe Biden has invited the leaders of some 110 countries to participate in the digital Summit that he will organize in December on democracy, including the main Western allies of the US, but the absences have been resounding. Countries invited by Biden also include Iraq, India and Pakistan, according to a list posted Tuesday on the State Department website.
