Kingdee International Software Group Company, Limited, (Kingdee), a provider of ERP and eBusiness solutions in China, today announced the formation of a new outsourcing division to serve channel partners in the United States.

The new division, Kingdee Software Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (KST), is based in Shanghai and will have representative offices in the Silicon Valley and New York to create business relationships with North American channel partners, ISVs and new technology ventures. PricewaterhouseCoopers estimates that using China-based outsourcers can result in savings of 37% over comparable India-based outsourcers. KST will offer key competencies and cost savings on outsourced application management and maintenance, custom development, testing, as well as product localization and internationalization.

Kingdee has 46 branch locations and more than 2,700 employees, with approximately 1,000 developers in three development centers across China, with KST located in Shanghai. The company has deep domain expertise in key enterprise software sectors including ERP, CRM, SCM, Knowledge Management, e-commerce services, and middleware integration tools.
