Commtouch's (CTCH) anti-spam email engine will be integrated into the product offerings of China's Rising Technology.
With a market share of 23.4%, Rising Corporation is China's leading SCM (secure content management) vendor.

Commtouch's technology stood out because it was able to maintain its performance when deployed in China. Beijing Rising Technology Corp., Ltd., formerly known as Beijing Rising Computer Technology Development Co., Ltd., was established in November 1991, and became a stock company in April 1998.
