Huawei To Deploy 5G Network In UAE In 2019

Etisalat, the largest telecom carrier in United Arab Emirates, recently announced that the company will cooperate with China's Huawei to deploy 5G network in UAE.

According to Etisalat, the company will be able to provide 5G access to all fixed and mobile devices launched in the first half of 2019. Meanwhile, the company plans to establish 600 5G sites across UAE to realize 5G network coverage.

Etisalat hopes that by cooperating with the Chinese company, they can provide strong broadband service and advanced wireless connection solution to customers.

Huawei Etisalat global major client president Peng Xiongji said that Etisalat and Huawei have been committed to launching innovative technologies and services during their over ten years' cooperation. Huawei promises to support Etisalat's 5G digital transformation and provide rich network experience services to users of Etisalat.

5G network is the fifth-generation mobile communications network and it is an extension and upgrade post 4G system. To seize the future market, many countries have implemented 5G network technology development.
