On the request of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Odisha police, Bureau of Immigration (BOI) has issued a lookout circular against three Chinese nationals for their alleged involvement in a mobile loan app scam, police said on Sunday. The three accused have been identified as Shen Zhenhua allies Tony of Jiangsu, Quan Hongwei allies Paul of Jiangsu and Yang Haiying allies Doris of Sichuan, China.
