India’s ultra-wealth cohort is expanding at a sharp pace, positioning the country as the sixth-largest globally by ultra-high net worth individual (UHNWI) population, with further acceleration expected over the next five years.The country is home to 19,877 individuals with net worth exceeding $30 million in 2026, accounting for 2.8% of the global UHNWI population, up from a little over 2% five years ago.
