China Telecom's Six Business Halls In Beijing Begin Selling World Expo Tickets

China Telecom Beijing has announced that its six business halls have started to sell tickets for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.

The six business halls are located at Chaoyangmen, Sanyuanqiao, Guangqumen, Xizhimen, Xuezhiqiao, and Maliandao, where World Expo special seats are set for the sales of tickets. At the same time, China Telecom Beijing provides counterfeit detectors in many of its business halls to help people tell the authenticity of their tickets.

The tickets sold this time include standard day single day admissions and peak day single day admissions. The price of a standard day single day admission is CNY160 and is sold at a preferential price of CNY140; and the price of a peak day single day admission is CNY200 and is sold at a preferential price of CNY180. Peak days include Labor Day holiday (May 1 to 3, 2010), National Day holiday (October 1 to 7, 2010), and the last week before the closing date (October 25 to 31, 2010), with 17 days in total.

According to China Telecom Beijing, the tickets sold in its business halls do not adopt the real-name system and there is no limit on the number of tickets purchased by a single person.
