Motorola May Win Another Big Deal From China

Local media reports that mobile phone manufacturer Motorola (MOT) may provide mobile phones worth about US$1.6 billion to a Shenzhen company next year.

Yan Siqing, CEO of Shenzhen Tianyin Communications Development Company, has told lcoal media that his company will purchase 12 million mobile phones from Motorola next year.

Sina.com reports that the top management from both parties have already signed an agreement on this endeavor.

Shenzhen Tianyin Communications Development Company is one of the largest mobile communications product sellers in China. It is an agent for a number of overseas mobile phone brands, including Motorola, Nokia and Samsung.
