Beijing, China (October 15, 2008) /China Newswire/ — Intelligent People Solutions (IPS) is launching their new "What's new with Vista/2007" program. This is in support to a growing demand of companies and individuals upgrading to the new system.

IPS is based in Beijing, with an office in Shanghai, and through their corporate and educational institution channels are offering computer skills training solutions in cities across the nation. The e-learning tools are interactive multimedia programs and companies are able to utilize the built in LMS (Learning Management System) in order to monitor trainee progress and test results, while supporting HR in measuring training results.

Research conducted by IPS shows that 5% of multinational companies are currently using Vista/2007 platforms, it is expected that by the end of 2009, there will be over half who have upgraded. With the dramatic difference between previous Office versions and Office 2007, there will be a need to train staff to prepare them and make the transition smooth.

Mike Iannini, IPS Managing Director and Business Development Manager says, "The extension to Vista/2007 online training will be a welcome move as some companies begin to upgrade their systems and seek solutions to prepare staff. We have been searching for the right programs to suit the China market and happy to have been able to add the right courses to our e-learning portfolio."

IPS is continuing to offer ICDL (International Computer Driving License) training and certifications, also launching a new online platform for candidates to easily access training via the internet or on CD-ROM. ICDL is the world's number 1 computer skills program covering the day-to-day skills and more advanced Office application functions.
