In order to provide more convenience for users, China Mobile's Chongqing branch has launched a 24-hour self-help business hall to meet users' demands.

Chongqing Mobile has renovated several of its business halls in the city's commercial areas and transformed them into finely decorated 24-hour self-help business halls. In the meantime, it has fixed a number of multi-function and self-help terminals that run 24 hours a day in the main business halls of the major business areas of the city. These terminals enable users to make inquiries on phone costs and other personal information and they can soon be used to pay fees after the company has its network mutually connected with that of China UnionPay.

Chongqing Mobile has already formed a range of client service channels including business halls, online business halls, 10086 hotline and self-help business halls.
